Most orders received by Sunday will ship out on Wednesdays in reusable sytrofoam shipping boxes with enough dry ice to ensure quality in every delivery.  Packages should arrive on Thursday or Friday at your home or office.  Orders are shipped from our two distribution centers (NY and FL). They are shipped via FedEx Ground where feasible and via FedEx 2-day air further west.   You'll receive an automatic email from FedEx with your tracking information so you'll know ahead of time that your ice cream is on the way.
